- A four days trekking sometimes in the water, in an exceptional region to explore magnificent sites. The Makay massif has a rugged landscape consisting of sandstone canyons, impressive cliffs, sacred lakes inhabited by crocodiles and caves once inhabited by original tribe. The interior of the massif is a no man’s land, our trekking takes place in a fantastic setting sometimes in the water at the bottom of the gorge, sometimes in the clouds on the top of the cliffs. Our camping sites are completely wild and offer white sandy beaches bordering crystal clear water courses that we must preserve in minimizing the impact of our passage.
- The cultural aspect is also interesting because here we are in Bara tribe, zebu breeders and farmers. Our guide will share unforgettable moments with the people who are still very attached to the beliefs of talismans.
- Finally we have the opportunity to discover rare wildlife, lemurs and birds inhabiting the dry forests along the rivers.
